Hello,

using the roundcube webmail client I can create top-level IMAP folders, KMail displays them nicely and I can work with them. But I can't create top-level folders with KMail. The context menu of the account just does not even show an option for creating. How can I create such a folder?

Sadly, this is a long standing and well known bug in KMail. It was reported three years ago and remains unfixed :
