Hi,
I have huge troubles syncing contacts and calendar with my Open Exchange server. It looks very much like the problems described for Google Sync. The problems I experience: * When I add the openexchange calender the calender content shpws up for a few seconds and then vanishes. * Contacts shows up for some time but sudenly only 5 of my 100+ contacts are there. * The few times I have managed to have the calendar synched, stuff that is added using CalDav from my android (no Google Play or Apps installed) will not appear in Kontact. I have tried to clear out entire akonadi but I think I never managed to get everything cleared. My system is running Gentoo with KDE PIM and KDE version 4.14.3 which is marked stable. I keep it reasonable updated. Any hints or others with similar problems? Can it be related to the same stuff as described in the Google Synch thread? BR Erik |

I haven't seen these issues in a while (but I use a slightly different system). I would suggest you also mail the kdepim-users mailing list with your question as there are higher chances of finding someone with your setup (I'm not aware of many people using OpenExchange with KMail, unfortunately).
But just to remove any doubt: this is through CalDAV / CardDAV?
