Location of default archive folder

Fri Dec 19, 2014 3:58 am
In my setup - opensuse 13.2 - die default folder for storing the tar-files generated when archiving is 'Documents'. Where is that information stored so I can change the default folder permanently? When I make an archive and change the folder it always comes up with 'Documents' afterwards again. Thanks for any hints!

I think this comes from the user configuration module in System Settings (i.e., it's picking other, workspace-global settings).
