You would need to export those addresses to a format that Kaddressbook could import, those formats would be shown in File -> Import, or export them to a resource such as Google Contacts that could be used as an Akonadi resource (systemsettings -> Personal Information -> Akonadi Resources Configuration).

What is "in Russian - last address"? Is this an application that has an export tool? Do they have a forum you can ask? Is there a way to convert/export the data in the "temporary database" into another format?

what is soharnilis?

I'll try to explain : I am writing a letter letter@mail.com, the next day I click Create Letter , and click in the address letter L, after I automatically filled letter@mail.com.
The place where I filled in is : settings - settings kmail - Home tab - Change the last address ( the second button on the right bottom). There is stored all the addresses that I typed manually. I want to bring them to select among the Address Book

Re: Kmail and Kaddressbook import  Topic is solved

so you are talking about the button that is titled "recent addresses"

those addresses are in ~/.kde[4]/share/config/kmail2rc in the section entitled:
[General]
Recent
Addresses=

you would need to copy those addresses and convert them into a csv delimited file with extension .csv that you would then import

the file would need to look like the following because you only have the one field being email address:

in the import dialog you would set the the field title to "EMail (preferred)" instead of "undefined" and click "ok"

if you had more fields it would be somewhat different
