I have configured kmail as well as office outlook, but at the time of send mail I get the following error:
for safety, I'm not providing IP addresses in this message, It is an email from my work, configured as POP3 in office outlook didn't have any problem I have tried sending the same message and all good, Thanks for your time, Regards, |

It looks like your IP (residential, ISP?) is blocked by the SMTP server you're using. Does any other client work (except webmail)?

Are the configuration options for sending identical in Thunderbird and KMail? In particular check things like ports, hostname being sent, etc.

Hi
excuse the delay in my response, I was traveling, also had problems with my account. Already check in two configurations and are the same. Regards. |

Try checking in the SMTP options if you can send a personalized hostname (use the one from your ISP). Perhaps this will fix the isssue.
