I am using kmail 4.14.
1. How do I change the header theme kmail uses in when it downloads the message? not downloading it to the message list, but when you click on the a mail in the message list and the message body loads, it is very ugly untill the message is loaded and then the header theme I choosed appears first then. 2. I use gmail with kmail, there are a number of folders, there is a "all mail", a "spam" and an "inbox" folder, I don't want the folders "all mail" and "spam" to show beside their name in the sidebar that have gotten mail at all, I only want it for the "inbox" folder, "all mail" is redundant, and "spam" is useless, I don't want to see what kind of spam that comes to my mail at all. How can I adjust this? |

For 1., I think it's hardcoded, but I can ask around to see if it can be customized. For 2., this odd layout it's how GMail fools around with the IMAP standard: the only way I found when I was still using a GMail mailbox was to use client or server-side subscriptions to remove those folders (but then, they won't show up in the UI, nor they will be synced).
