I'm long using akregator for my feeds and read feeds on several machines. So whenever I launch akregator on a machine I received feeds I already read on another machine before marking them as "unread". Is there any possibility to share the akregator backend database across multiple machines? I'd like to have feeds I read on machine A to be marked as "read" when I log into another machine B. I know, this involves some remote storage and some user authentication. But this can be solved by mounting a share (e.g. Google Drive or Dropbox or else) holding the akregator backend files. I'm thinking of something like this (pseudocode; don't know what's the FEED-DATABASE in akregator): 1. mount user@googledrive: ~/Documents/MyGoogleDrive 2. ln -s ~/.local/share/akregator/FEED-DATABASE ~/Documents/MyGoogleDrive/akregator/FEED-DATABASE Is this feasible? Or simply nuts? Cheers |

I'm not sure this is possible. You may want to make a backup and see how it goes.
