KMail: Global HTML view settings

Hello,

in the recent KMail version I am looking for the setting whether to display messages as HTML or not. There is Folder -> Standard Format -> Use global settings. But where are the global settings?

In KMail's menu: Settings->Configure KMail->Security->Reading.
