Since KTimeTracker unfortunately was not ported to kf5, is there at least a way to convert it's entries to csv or something?

if you have access to a kde4 system then you can use the app's export function, data folder is ~/.kde[4]/share/apps/ktimetracker, file is ktimertracker.ics
