After upgrading, akonadi decided to spawn endless error messages, so I ended up removing ALL configuration from akonadi, as nothing else seemed to help.
Then I started reconfiguring my various accounts, but now I have some dublet mail folders, aka two folders for "local folders" and two for one of my IMAP accounts. How do I delete the unneeded copy? Problem #2: I can not send mail. Kmail tells me that there is an error queueing the mail, the parent folder is invalid. There appears to be no way of configuring the outbox. What to do?? |

You configure the outbox in the identity page under Configure KMail. Yes, a bit confusing, but you can fix your issue there.
