When I compose a new message, how do I use hotkey, to send and archive? For example, right now, I can send with CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER (or return). I desire send and archive as default CTRL + SHIFT + Enter.

I don't think there's an action that would allow you to automatically send and archive. Feel free to open a wishlist on bugs.kde.org (against kmail).
