My desktop motherboard died, and in moving to my backup machine I've also moved to KDEPIM v5 from v4.

The "Akonadi PIM service" won't start, and it seems to be due to the tables "relationtable" and "relationtypetable" being corrupt.

I have the files, but all the repair options I've seen for these (InnoDB) tables requires knowing their structure.
Presumably I need the v4 structures but I can't find where they are specified (in the code on GitHub).

Can someone help me out with this fix, please.

(Yes, I will put a better backup strategy in place now)

You may want to mail kde-pim-users@kde.org for further details, as some developers read the list. Nevertheless, I'll try to point someone at this post: unfortunately I'm not too knowledgeable about these data structures either.
