kmail drag'n'drop problem

Hi all,

I've upgraded kubuntu 16.04 to 16.10 and experience a strange problem when using kmail. I'm not able to drag'n'drop files from dolphin to kmail. They are not attached to an email anymore, but the file path is displayed instead in the email. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

It is a regression that has been fixed (IIRC) in KDE Applications 16.08.1. You'll have to ask you distro to backport the specific fix.
