For some reason, when I open kontact (or kmail) I have those 2 in 2 separate windows.

I used to have kmail as a integrated part of kontact. What to do to have this together again?

When you close both applications, and only launch Kontact, do you see KMail?

Yes, this is a part time solution.

When I close kmail manually by [File] > [Quit], I could have an access to kamil inside kontact (it is askinkg me again then for kwallet password).
After reboot, I need to reply this again (close kmail manually to have it inside kontact).

I want you to try and restart Plasma desktop as a new session. I think the default setting is to save the settings of the previous session and relaunch PLasma with those same settings the next round.

Go to System Settings > Startup and Shutdown > Desktop Session

And choose On Login: Start with an empty session.
