Hello everyone!
After an update on KaOS, I had to reinstall Kmail and co. Now my mail folders are coloured red. What does that mean? Thank you.

Red means "broken", meaning that the account responsible for them has problems (missing server, wrong authentication, etc.).

Thank you for the quick answer.
I play around and I think it is the quota limit. If a delete some mails and go under 80% is becomes black. Or it was something else. Is it possible that the quota limit was the culprit?

Ah right, I forgot about quota. Yes, it does color them red if they're near the quota.
