kmail search gives strange results

Keyword which should appear 100% do not. I see no pattern how the search works/ fails. Any tips? I am on KaOS Linux with Welcome to Kontact 5.4.3. Strangely, when I check the body text manually, it does not contain the word. UPDATE Application search works, so it is not a global issue. Thunderbird gives good search results.
