Are you using IMAP, local folders, or POP3?

Hi einar,
thx for answering. I think it must be POP3, because I don't know what I can do with an local Order and by IMAP there should be the mails on the server. thx for helping Alex |

POP3 mails should land in ~/.local/share/local-mail and/or ~/.local/share/.local-mail.directory. Can you check if they are there?

the folder .local-mails.directory inside ~/local/share/ does not exist.
inside local-mails, there are some mails ... I import this folder new from my backup stop akonadi with akonadictl stop import again the mysql-dump from last backup start akonadi with akonadictl start and yes -> it looks good all created subfolder from my backup, I think, will be there ![]() but when I want to see any email with double-click there comes an popup with 'waiting while transform' (or like this -> I have an german version) in akonadictl I see
ever and ever ... what can I do now? update: 23. July 2017 I imported now the hole akonadi folder from .local/share/ stop and start akonadictl again yes, maybe some more mails now exist, but the most importend new mails does not. |

now I have looked for access on hard disk with the tool "iwatch"
and yes, from an email, from which I can see the heading but can not open the content, is correct with content available on the hard disk. ![]() but akonadictl says:
what can I do now to make the file available for KMail? |
