[Solved] Kmail- Could not start certificate manager

Settings>Modify an identity>Crypto>Change an OpenPGP key.

I get an error message when I do search for external certificates or start certificate manager.

Thanks! That was the missing one (not sure why it wasn't set up as I installed the whole kde environment).
