Hi :-)

Using KMail 17.04.3, I can set the editor's font to fixed size via the "View" menu. But next time I boot my machine or re-start KMail, the setting is gone and the font is not fixed-size anymore.

There's no "Save settings" or such, and I also didn't find any corresponing setting somewhere else.

Am I missing some option somewhere, or is this a bug?

You may want to try if this occurs also with the recently-released Applications 17.08, and if so, file a bug on bugs.kde.org.
