I am trying to subscribe to KDE Forums using Akregator. I went to the RSS screen and generated a URL. When I plug it into Akregator, I get:

I found a thread from 2013 on exactly the same problem. However, the solution was not specified. Can someone be more specific on exactly how this is done?

64-bit Fedora 26 with whatever KDE is provided in the Fedora repositories.
