Hi Everyone:
I start using linux and kde from conectiva 3.0, and never leave Linux. Now i have a fresh opensuse tumbleweed with plasma and kmail 5.6.2.

Now i have a BIG BIG trouble with the MUA (Kmail), it refuse the self signed certificates from my email server. Every time appear a pop up with:
"the certificates are invalid) Continue/Cancel"
I do "CONTINUE" and "FOREVER" but at next day o sometimes at few minutes ask again "certificate invalid....."

The certificates manager not open and not error is displayed even starting kmail inside a console.

How i can solve this issue forever? Any clue will be welcome!!!.

Best Regards
Christian

Ps: My email server is 100% trusted because exist a distance of 1 meter ( 3ft) between my PC and my Server. Please dont discuss about self signed certificates.

Is Kmail a abandoned project? I have a several bugs to report.
1) The same email is downloaded every time that i enter into the folder. ( For example you can see in the trash folder the same email more than 30 times)
2) There are a incompatibility with receiving certificate and sending certificate
3) Certificate manager does not open

KMail has been plagued with bugs for some time now...
Here is just the latest complaint in a long row:

As several others did before, I ended up abandoning KMail altogether and am using Evolution now... it's not as flashy and configurable as KMail, but at least it won't break down or freeze my desktop (I can even read and send emails with it...)
