I apologize if this topic has been addressed and I didn't find it, but: I need to send an e-mail to a group of individuals on my contact list and have been frustrated at each step. I tried to create a group and saved it but when attempting to use it in the To: field got an error to the effect that the addresses were incorrect by virtue of not containing a '.'. No idea. I do not have every KDE feature installed but thought I had the features required to use the PIM. I tried to go to the address book and select the names I wanted to include and selected send message. This created a message with all of the names in the to: fields. When I tried to send it nothing happened. No error. It just went to the outbox and sat there. Does Kmail have a limit on the number of recipients?
I am using the latest Debian stable with kmail 4.14.1 and kde 4.14.2. Thanks, Mark |
