I've heard a lot of good things about KMail, Kontact, and more. However, I just can't find where to download the latest versions? Or actually any version really. I found one from 2016, is that the latest one? Or can someone direct me to where I find and download all of this?

For Linux, they should be available in your distro's repositories. Please install them using your distro's package management tools.

For Windows, I'm not finding Kontact or Kmail listed in https://community.kde.org/Windows, so you might just have to grab the source code and build it yourself. You might also check out the Windows subforum to see if there's any info on that, or ask about it there.
