I am trying to add a new email account to my kmail / Kontact application. I can see the identity I created, and the receive / send information, which is all correct. However, after I add the account, it does not show in the folder list.

I'm running version Version 5.9.2, on Neon 5.14.2.

Have you checked wether it has created a new "top-level folder"?
That was what it did with me, and it took me quite a while to figgure it out.

Actually, I did a fresh install of Neon, and tried it all again. It's working now; not sure what was going on. Digital Weirdness!

I spoke too soon... I had to reinstall Neon and now when I add a new email account, it never shows up in the folder list.
