Kmail and Kontact fails in creating a tag with the following message when run from terminal

org.kde.pim.mailcommon: Failed to create tag:  "Failed to store tag"


Kmail version 5.9.3
Is there a some way to see what is happening under the hood? Like a debug of why it fails? Valgrind?
Can someone suggest a procedure as the attaching gdb just stop the process.

I actually get some more errors when loaded from terminal:

do not give any not loaded or found .so
Any help would be appreciated as I would like to use message tagging for prioritasing the emails its a must functionality for me.
