Location(s), e.g. home address can be added but not edited later on.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. New Contact...
2. Enter contact details
3. Add Location, e.g. Home
4. Add Address
5. OK
6. Address is visible in main window at the selected contact
7. Select contact
8. Edit Contact...
9. Location Tab has empty fields

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 18.10
KDE Plasma Version: 5.13.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.50.0
Qt Version: 5.11.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Location cannot be edited neither at manually added contacts nor at imported contacts.

Does someone know this issue and may help?

Just to be clear about this, the functionality i'm missing is a feature instead of a bug?

Since Kubuntu 19.04 editing the address seems to become a feature which is much appreciated.
