"Signing in with a Google Account is temporarily blocked for this application" - while signing in with google in kmail. Any ideas? Is this going to be solved?

I actually OBSERVED this yesterday!

With the EXACT SAME WORDING!!

I thought that it was probably some kind of "glitch".

I do not know WHICH app had the situation because i have two, Kmail and Evolution handling my accounts to test the apps.

However, the account then opened ...

HOWEVER, I think that it was in Evolution.

Would you please reply with the mail client name in which it happened?

it was Kmail.
It just happened again and then, in a minute or so Gmail worked.
I DID NOT hit the "cancel" button I hit the "x" at top right.

Thank you for your answer. Do "X" and "Cancel" buttons have any difference? I pressed the "Cancel" button. Do you know how to do sing in once again after the first setup? Probably how to reset it?

As of this instant.
This behaviour has not occurred in the last two times that I started the computer and Kmail opened the Google Account.
