First off, I apologize for my ignorance. We have a user at my company that uses Kleopatra to encrypt files. I just learned of this product, and know nothing about it.
I installed GPG2WIN from the internet onto a Windows 10 64bit computer. I then exported the original user's certificate and imported it into the new installation. When the new user attempted to dencrypt, she got this error:
"Decrypt/Verify Files - Kleopatra" window
Decryption failed: No Secret key

I was hoping it was as simple as the steps I took. How do I get the new user set up to dencrypt?
