Hi,

when I try to answer an E-Mail (one specific recipient) it takes about a minute until the the mail editor window opens.

The Logs says:
05.07.19 13:55 dirmngr can't connect to 'xyz.com': The waiting time for the connection has expired
05.07.19 13:55 dirmngr Fehler beim Verbinden mit 'https://xyz.com/.well-known/openpgpkey/hu/6yu6n9cw1f7y8fwnimfy9ewaq5pmwj89?l=x.y': The waiting time for the connection has expired
05.07.19 13:55 dirmngr command 'WKD_GET' failed: The waiting time for the connection has expired

Can anyone tell me where I can configure that timeout? Waiting one minute until I can write is a bit too long.
