Hi,

I have an entry
"
pinentry-program /usr/bin/pinentry-kwallet
"
in my .gnupg/gpg-agent.conf .

Due to it, kmail grabs the gpg key password from kwallet.
I would like the same for S/MIME encrypted mail.

However, kmail uses instead /usr/bin/pinentry-qt which is linked from /etc/alternatives/pinentry .
Changing simply the symbolic link /etc/alternatives/pinentry to point to pinentry-kwallet has the effect that the mail does not get decrypted.

How can I tell kmail (or rather the gpg backend) to use pinentry-kwallet for the password to decrypt the mail I receive?

Thanks!
