Removing Kontact/PIM and akonadi

Removing Kontact/PIM and akonadi

Have recently done a fresh installation of Kubuntu 19.10 . There are some performance issues. In brief, using the same computer as Kubuntu 16.10, after the fresh install of Kubuntu 19.10, the computer is running much slower.

I use Claws Mail because when I used KMail years ago it was nothing but trouble (akonadi issues). Noticing the fresh install had KMail, it has now been deleted. Can I safely remove the following ?

Kontact
akonadi-backend-mysql
akonadi-server
kdepim-runtime
kdepim-*
etc,etc

Currently running Kubuntu 22.04, Plasma 5.24.4, Frameworks 5.92.0, Qt 5.15.3, kernel 5.15.0-46-generic (64-bit), GeForce 840M Graphics
