I cannot send an email using kmail. It gives me this message, "Failed to transport message. Connection to server lost." I am connected to the server and can receive emails.

Open a terminal, export KSMTP_SESSION_LOG="ksmtp.log", then run
"akonadictl restart". Try to send a mail afterwards. That log will
contain the full SMTP session. It *does* include also passwords, so do
NOT post it blindly here: anonymize it first.

Hello. My kmail won't send mail via smtp.yandex.ru. It sends empty FROM field:

MAIL FROM must be d.motrenko@aviametrika.ru (it's our firm domain, it works properly).
I've entered it in profile and smtp forms, tried to set "another sender address" in extended properties of smtp form.
