When sending e-mails from KMail, I recently keep getting these notifications:

Failed to store result in item. [LLCONFLICT] Resource akonadi_maildir_resource_0 tries to modify item 71144 (1630420712976.R197.seppel7) (in collection 8) with revision 0; the item was modified elsewhere and has revision 1, aborting STORE.


The item and collection numbers vary. Another example:

Test e-mails that I send to myself do get delivered, so I wonder that the relevance of this error message is, but it is still a bit concerning and I would appreciate help solving this.
