Maybe I misunderstood Kontact's features. It seemed from various descriptions that Kontact had integrated modules similar to Outlook's--e-mail, contacts, tasks, calendar. Having synced Kontact with my Exchange Online mailbox, though, I have e-mail and calendar (sort of; see related post), but no tasks and no contacts. I have been unable, through any combination of double clicks and selected checkboxes, to see a single contact. Nor any tasks. I've also found no documentation on this.

KDE seems on the whole to be a very polished and well performing suite, so I'd like to assume that Kontact is a very good app that just doesn't play well with Exchange or that I just haven't figured out how to use it. How do I find my contacts and tasks?
