Stupid me has mangled some email account folder names causing KMail to permanently crash on start-up.
Then I wanted to set up my accounts/IDs in KMail from scratch – but I can't because of its crashing!~

So where are the mail configs and folders located, and how would I get rid of them? Is it sufficient just to remove them (on command line), or would I need some more (akonadi) actions? – Or simply said: How to properly get an 'empty' KMail for starting over?
