Hi,

I have some contacts which have multiple telephone numbers, email addresses or messenger services they use.
For each of these 3 categories, I want to mark the preferred one. I know that vCard supports such a preference [1].
However, I cannot find a button in the edit window inside kontact/kaddressbook to mark e.g. the preferred phone number.

Is this not implemented? Is this planned to be implemented?

Is this even the right place to ask, or should I create an issue?

Yes, I think you should open a bug report with severity "wishlist" asking for this feature to be eimplemented.

Maybe first search for an already open bug about it, and if you find one comment on it instead.

I created an issue, though I didn't see a severity-setting: https://invent.kde.org/pim/kaddressbook/-/issues/4

KDE projects don't usually use invent.kde.org for bug reporting but https://bugs.kde.org/ :)
