Hello all,

due to a hard drive switch I switched from Manjaro KDE to KDE on arch. I still have my entire old home directory.

Is it possible to restore KMails accounts including their "connection" to the keys in .gnupg which I also still have? I managed to get the layout back without manual intervention by copying over the .kmailrc file. But nothing aside from that.

Do I need files from the akonadi service?

Thanks in advance
Markus

Hello!

Yes, I believe you would need akonadi's files to fully restore you kmail

You can find some tips here:
