I'm trying to compile Akonadi as part of kdesupport from trunk. It depends on the boost library. I have libboost_dev installed (version 1.34.1, from the Intrepid repository), but FindBoost.cmake fails to find it (specifically boost_program_options). I have cmake version 2.6 patch 2. All the boost related libraries in /usr/lib are in the form 'libboost___.' including program_options.
Is there something I'm missing?

Have you installed libboost-program-options-dev?

No, I hadn't. I was following the instructions on this page in techbase. Should this package be added to the list of required packages? Or is there a reason its not there? Thank you!

Please add that package to that page, so others don't have the same problem, since the page is Ubuntu / Debian specific
