KMail: Message Filters

Mon Mar 16, 2009 12:21 pm
I've set-up filters to move incoming messages into specific folders.

I now want to add other filter actions, for example flag certain messages as either Important or Action Item, in filters there is an option for the former but not the latter.

Once flagged I would like to create a folder which shows all messages which have a certain flag, in other words to show all Action Items in one place, this would make it much easier to track them until the flag is cleared. Is there any way of doing this?

I also tried Mark As Watched but it appears to do nothing except put an 'eyes' icon next to the message subject, and I can't find any way of 'un-watching' a message, any suggestions?

I'm using KMail 1.10.4
