Hi,

I had the same problem (same scenario you described here)...all I had to do was delete those emails in the outbox folder and write new ones...

Clear outbox and and reindex the folder. This will help :)

Remove the lock files from
~/.kde/share/config
and
~/.kde/share/apps/kmail

This will fix the issue... :z
