KMail: Gmail Check Mail gives "Could not determine resource status"

Moult Global Moderator Posts 663 Karma 2 OS	KMail: Gmail Check Mail gives "Could not determine resource status" Thu Jun 11, 2009 1:47 am When pressing Check Mail for my GMail IMAP account (using Google Apps, this is not the regular GMail) it sometimes pops up with this error message: I'm not sure what triggers it, and sometimes it becomes unresponsive in the sense that clicking Check Mail no longer does anything. (Note that my server settings and authentication details are correct as it has been able to check email with it - the appearance of this error is rather sporadic) Any ideas? Therefore KMail has some problems when it tries to read the number of unread mails likely. The only thing you can do is ignore them as far as I am aware ( my IMAP server suffers from this also ) KDE Sysadmin [img]content/bcooksley_sig.png[/img]
