At the moment the only way I've found for KMail to handle spam is through SpamAssassin. However it only gives an option to store spam in a local folder. To be honest the last thing I want to dump on my local disk is spam. I'd much rather tell it to store it on a remote subfolder on my IMAP account.

How do I do this?
