Hi guys.
After latest "yum upgrade", kmail no workie. The error is: kmail: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib64/libkde3support.so.4: undefined symbol: _ZN19K3MimeSo5rceFactoryD1Ev Any ideas? Thanks in advance. |

It could be that you didn't update one of the libraries KMail uses. That could be solved by running yum upgrade again (I use openSUSE, so I don't know yum, but this could work).

Thanks. I tried that first thing, but no joy.
Obviously a dependency issue in the upgrade. Probably a 'yum reinstall' of whatever packages kmail belongs to would do it. I'm not sure which packes to reinstall though, and I really don't want to reinstall all of KDE as its my production work environment. Thx |

Try 'yum reinstall kdepim*'

In addition, try updating the KDELibs package, as that ships libkde3support.
