1. How i can build only akregator of kdepim tree?

...and i see error messege

Akregator from the repository of my distribution (opensuse 11.2) does not support synchronization with google reader. I wont to build akregator with google reader sync. Plugins (kdepim/akregator/plugins) provide support for synchronization with google reader?

You need to start the configure process in the top level kdepim folder, then change to build-dir/akregator, and start building as normal from there.
