Is there any way in KOrganiser to set it to add events into (within a boundry) random free timeslots?

What I want to do is add a 30 minute event, three times a week (but never more than once a day), somewhere between 10am and 10pm. Is there anyway KOrganiser can randomly fill in the events in available time slots while keeping these boundaries, preferably so that they're not the same times each week (unless there is only one possible way to do it, of course). If not, is there an application that can do a similar thing?

If there's currently no way to do this, do enough people want this feature for it to be worth implementing?
