I would like to change the sequence of reply mail,
and customice it.
There is a few options, but dont understand them all.

Is there a list for all the commands for this?

The line you showed is simply a comment:

I believe %- adds / subtracts a newline.
What changes do you wish to make to the template?

When i click the reply-button, the message shows my signature on top with the cursor and at the bottom.
I would like to delete the one at the bottom.
And maybe add a line to clarify the few.

this one i found; just unchecked the "automatic signature" on the first tab.

Is there a list somewhere for the commands with explanation?

I believe it is available as Whats This? information or as a tooltip on the template editor.
