Kontact iCalendar shows .xml code

Mon Jan 10, 2011 6:12 pm
I've successfully subscribed to an iCalendar from the University of Victoria using the Add Calendar>Calendar in Remote File option.

However, when I view one of the events, I see xml (?) code in the Description field:

<h1>Getting Started Polls <hr /></h1>
<p><strong>Grade</strong >: 5 marks<br /><strong>Due</strong>: <a href="http://distance.moodle.uvcs. uvic.ca/calendar/view.php?view=month&course=522&cal_d=1&cal_m=1&cal_y=2011" >Friday of Week 1</a></p>
<p>You are required to submit responses to three polling questions (linked below) in the first week of the course. The mark for this assignment is awarded for completing the activity.</p>
<ol>

How can I get Kontact to display this text properly?

Thanks
Frank

Which version of Kontact (and KDE) are you using?
Can you reproduce under a new user?

I'm using KDE 4.4.4 "release3" on SUSE 11.4.

I tried the same calendar on a different user profile and had the same result.

Please file a bug report at bugs.kde.org if one does not already exist.
