I have setup a Gmail account in Kmail in "Disconnected IMAP" mode.

All the mail seems to be downloaded - but the "Inbox" folder directly under the Account is empty. But if I go to "Account name > [Gmail] > All Mail" the downloaded mail appears.

I have played around with "Server Subscription" etc. but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

Alternatively, when I setup a Gmail in normal IMAP mode, The "Account Name > Inbox" folder displays all the mail in my Inbox.

Please advise.

Thank you
Stephan

Is there any progress indication in the status bar of the content of the Inbox folder being downloaded? Disconnected IMAP may take longer than Online IMAP to load, because it caches the entire of the IMAP servers contents for the account it is accessing on your computer.

yes, you are right - it seems like I had to wait a little bit longer. The mail now displays in the "Inbox" folder after quite some time.
