Since today, when i receive a message the title is in squares characters ㈳⸹湰

If i change folder, and come back to inbox, i can see the characteres normaly

Although, when there is an attachment, i have the ㈳⸹湰 instead of the name of the attachement

My localisation is greek

And i am not able to send an attachement or reply/transfer a message because it sais that the transport ㈳⸹湰 is invalid.

i deleted the line
FallbackCharacterEncoding=UTF-16
and now the attachements are shown correctly but not the subjects yet

I dont know why was changed to FallbackCharacterEncoding=UTF-16
