Ktimetracker and Hamster

Tue Apr 05, 2011 3:24 pm
Is there something that goes close to Gnome's Hamster time tracking tool in KDE?

Key things needed are - always available on the panel - Displaying how much time has gone on the current task.

And a global hotkey that will let the user switch the task - autocomelete as you type.

And good analysis and reporting including export.

And ability to edit entries/ add entries for earlier time.

And gentle reminders if the same task continues beyond a specified time.

I tried Ktimetracker and it does not even come close to Hamster. Or, am I missing something?

Thanks for your reply. I meant KTimeTracker (by mistake wrote KTaskTimer). I have updated the heading and the text of the message to reflect it.

And yes, KTimeTracker also lacks the funtionality I have mentioned. Or am I missing something?
